Transfiya played an important role in enabling person-to-person payments in Colombia, but it came with limitations:

Frequent outages, and dependency on each financial institution.

Bre-B changes that, and our integration brings the following improvements:

2. 🧩 Better stability and reliability: Bre-B operates on a modern infrastructure, significantly reducing failures and improving the payment experience.

3. 🔗 Full interoperability: Banks, digital wallets, and fintechs will be able to send and receive payments without friction or barriers between platforms.

4. 🌍 A smoother experience for cross-border payments: Users receiving USDC will be able to convert and pay in COP instantly through Abroad, with higher speed and stability.
